Ordering

Placing an order with us is easy. Please look for the status on each product page for more information about that product’s availability. These are explained in detail below so you can buy with confidence.

Stock Status

In Stock – Same Day Dispatch  – These items ship same day if ordered by 2:30pm. If collecting, they will be made for collection once you have received your “ready to collect” email, normally within an hour.

Available for Backorder – These items are currently out of stock in-store, but are available for us to order in from the supplier. The estimated shipping or collection times are quoted on each product page.

Pre-Order – These items are not yet released, but are available for order. They will be available for collection on the stated release day or will be shipped to arrive to you on said release date.

Importantly, any orders containing items with different stock statuses will be shipped once the whole order is complete.

GW “Online Only” item – We aim to stock as many of these web-exclusive items as we can. If one of these items is currently on backorder and you order it from us it is immediately ordered from GW. Once we receive it, it is shipped to you either the same or next working day. We typically receive “Online Only” orders within 3-4 working days.

Out of Stock – This means this product is both out of stock and unavailable for backorder. You can join the waitlist to be notified when/if this product comes back in stock.
